If for any reason, upon receiving your product/s you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase from The Nourishing Body Co. please contact us immediately to discuss refund or exchange options.

Refunds

Refunds are only valid for 24 hours upon receiving your products and are at the sole discretion of The Nourishing Body Co.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days (depending on your bank). 

Every customer order that leaves The Nourishing Body Co. is hand packed and double checked against your purchase order and mailing address to ensure it is correct. Therefore, due to circumstances outside of our control during transporting of your products, The Nourishing Body Co. accepts no responsibility for damaged or lost products or packages.

Proof of Purchase

To be eligible for a store credit or refund, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Images may be requested as proof of condition.

To complete your return, we require your order number details and proof of purchase.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges or Returns

We do not offer exchanges or returns on products due to our products being food items. We urge you to carefully review your purchases as there is no 'change of mind' policy.

If you do feel you need an exchange or need to return your products, please send us an email with proof of purchase and images of issues at hello@thenourishingbodyco.com for review. Store credits will be issued at the sole discretion of The Nourishing Body Co.

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us to review, may vary.
